For orders that have been personalised or containing perishable food items, we regretfully cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if you encounter any faulty items in your order, please get in touch with us immediately upon receipt, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We happily accept returns for all other items within 7 days of receiving your order.
